what should I bring?

The only required items are your dog’s food, treats, and any necessary medications. We supply all bowls, blankets, chew toys, etc. You can bring a bed, blanket or toy for your dog, however please limit all personal items to 1-2 items per dog due to limited space here.

do you need to meet my dog first?

No, we do not require that we meet your dog prior to their reservation.

how many dogs do you have in your care at once?

We book a limited number of dogs at all times, including weekends and holidays. We feel that in order to provide each dog with the care they deserve, that we must be a low volume facility. Due to our limited numbers, we often book up in advance but will always do our best to accommodate last minute reservations.

what vaccines do you require

We require all dogs to be UTD on rabies and distemper vaccinations. We require a yearly negative fecal for all boarding dogs and everyone must be on a monthly flea/tick & heart worm preventative.

We recommend also vaccinating for leptospirosis, kennel cough, and lyme disease.

What are your grooming hours? am i able to get my dog in quickly for a groom?

We are open for grooming services Tuesday-Thursday each week. We are a one on one based salon meaning our focus is on your dog at all times. We aim to get every dog in and out as quickly and safely as possible, however completion times will vary for each dog. We are typically booked out about 6 weeks for all grooming services but do our best to fit everyone in as soon as we can. We recommend that you pre book your pup’s next appointment when you pick up. We require all of our clients to keep their dog’s on a 4-12 week schedule between grooms due to booking up in advance. We will no longer accept clients who do not remain on a 4-12 week schedule.

What is your cancelation policy?

Overnight Boarding: We require a minimum of 7 days notice from check-in day for any cancelations or changes to your dog’s reservation in order to receive your 50% deposit back in full. Any cancelations within 7 days from check-in day, regardless of reasoning, will result in no refund of deposit. There are no exceptions for this policy. We are a very small business that accepts minimal dogs and last minute cancelations hurt our business drastically.

Holiday and school vacation reservations require 14 days notice in order to receive deposit back in full.

Daycare: We require at least 24 hours notice from your pup’s reserved day otherwise the balance for the day will be due in full.

Grooming: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancelation of a grooming appointment. Anything less than 24 hour notice will result in $25 cancelation fee due to us before another appointment will be made.
